Our licensed business model
WOOGROUP is an integral part of a resource policy which grants the banks the right to use WOOCORE’s range of services, concept / soft / hard / marketing & communication, allowing them to offer their users an earnings policy.
“Licensing” is defined as the granting of the right to use all the elements (tangible and intangible property) associated with a service provided under a unique WOONEO brand, with the guarantee of profitability shared and accepted by the partners.
WOOGROUP provides its partners with a 5-year licensing contract, renewable by tacit agreement, based on an “upfront acquisition” fee at the time of signing + commission for transactions (Fees for Services).
The business model includes:
- a fixed “upfront acquisition” fee at the time of signing, with guaranteed volume in the event of exclusivity and possible customisation,
- Fees for Service (FFS) per transaction,
- a licensed manufacturing agreement for the bank for our new generation terminal and the WOOBADGE.
The benefits
There are no risks, just benefits :
- no investment in research & development and a guaranteed return on investment for a rapid increase in market share, coverage of the target area at least cost, and maximum profitability,
- a measured service to guarantee the best remuneration at all levels of the Woo/bank/nominated agent network,
- invoicing the bank a fixed amount per transaction allows you to have an extremely competitive and highly profitable price list for the general public,
- an original service allowing additional revenue to be channelled (publicity, issuing coupons, nominated agent fee for the use of equipment…),
- the bank is guaranteed the continuing support of WOOGROUP, in all its aspects, in order to ensure coverage of the area during the licensing period.
